If someone REALLY wants to experience and enjoy Kuwait, they have to actually live there and spend time with Kuwaitis and befriend them! They know the good hidden places good restaurants and coffee shops and know how to enjoy their country. They’re hilarious, generous, very opinionated and shockingly cultured and educated… And very very diverse. Some are very very liberal, some are very conservative and the rest are in between. In general it’s the most diverse, democratic and liberal country in the gulf region (even though it’s a totally dry country) Plenty and plenty of awesome gyms! Walking the seaside or in Alshaheed park in the morning is amazing specially November-April The malls are insaaaaane and the pop culture is just different than anywhere else! The food is delicious wether street food or high end dining places! The entertaining places are usually full of LOCALS (not tourists as in Dubai) and alive (unlike for example Qatar, which is basically a ghost city)
